Raspberry Pi 4 not supported

Planned to use some of these devices for a fairly large project I had but they don't seem to work with the Pi v4, the SwitchDoc guys did their best Support. our 4 year old blog post and find out for yourself,” needless to say I wasn't impressed with their staff.
