Review on GUAIMI by Heath Cullinan

When I purchased some replacement components for my motorcycle from GUAIMI, I was extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. The first problem was that the parts were of low quality and didn't suit my bike properly. I called customer support and received cold shoulder after cold shoulder. Shipping was painfully delayed, adding insult to injury. My purchase arrived more than two weeks after I placed it, which is unacceptable. And when it did come, the components were broken because of inadequate packing. In general, GUAIMI is not a company I would suggest using if you're in need of dependable delivery or high-quality components. Better goods and customer service can be found at a variety of other online retailers.
