Good product. fraudulent and unethical marketing. When I checked I was under the impression that I was buying 12 SyPens based on the picture that came with my order. I actually clicked on the 12 pens icon and got the price of $19.99 and was happy because another seller was selling 9 pens for the same price. I thought I had a deal. Unfortunately, I didn't pay attention to the last word in the three-line product description, where it says "6-pk". I thought I clicked the 12 pin icon and the image in my order was clearly the 12 pin image. Well I only have 6 pens. Ironically, I am writing this review and the picture next to this review box is a 12 handle picture! When I contacted the seller and informed him of my displeasure and that he was in fact advertising another 5 pack product for $12.99 and therefore the $19.99 I paid was not for the 6 pack and 12 quill image could apply to 6, the -pk product is misleading and unethical practice. I received a brief reply stating "5 pcs - plastic, 6 pcs - metal. it is nothing more. Ironically, when you click on a 5-pack product, you see an image of a 6-pack product. very deceptive. I chose not to return the item because my kids loved it but this will be the last time I buy from this seller. Joe, it's very unethical to deceive people.
