My wife and I were looking for an emergency weather radio and it had all the features you could want in a compact and portable package. We plan to use it during our camping and home adventures to keep tabs on the weather emergency. You can forget about the need of batteries or electricity to power this device as it can be powered by built-in handle or built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery. There is also solar power for the LED reading lamp. In an emergency, the SOS signal sounds loud and clear through the built-in 3W speaker.
