If you want BB30 bearings I don't think you could do better than these. I used to have SRAM ceramic bearings. They spun no smoother and freer than these and didn't last as long. One thing I do and you might consider adding some lubrication on a regular basis as the bearings aren't well protected in the BB30 design. I do this every few thousand miles or sooner when driving on wet roads. Remove the crank, pry off the outer seal with a thin blade, apply some light grease with your fingertip and reassemble. Lager you will love for a long time.
