Strong hold best in my review

If you have them on a refrigerator they will slide down with almost any weight. If you are able to put the magnet up, so the hook hangs down it will hold a lot of weight. But they do work well after you figure out they are worthless for more than a pot holder or pair of tongs on the side 🤦‍♀️
