My husband and I have an old iPad and used 4 charging cables. They are ALL made by Apple so quality should be good but they all tend to break where they connect to the iPad. I didn't need such a long cable, although sometimes the extra length is useful. Love the way this cord is made, it's not cheap plastic like the previous four that snapped, it's a strong, FLEXIBLE woven cord. I only have one complaint: the wider end that connects to the iPad is more difficult to attach. It's very tight, but I'm getting used to it. This cable is great value for money!
