This roll of paper arrived damaged but the box it came in was in excellent condition and no other items in the shipment were damaged. The scroll appears to be broken somehow; There is no internal support like a molded plastic tube to maintain the structure. There was also a 5.50 inch cut that goes into multiple layers at one end. It's also worth noting that this is no ordinary kraft paper. It's more like a slightly heavier crepe paper, it's quite thin and tears very easily. I'm giving it two stars because I think it will still work for my projects, but I'm disappointed that the first few layers have to be scrapped as they are unusable. I was hoping for a better product and some pride from the company selling it, a company that will not allow a poor quality damaged product to be sent to the customer.
