I like how easy it was for my customers to navigate through our site, as well as using their mobile devices/apps while in store! It's very user friendly & intuitive with all of its features! They have been able to update some things since we've started implementing them into our business but they are working hard at getting more updates out there soon too so everyone can benefit from this system even if you're not an online retailer yet!! We love being connected 24 hours per day via phone calls / emails etc., which helps us keep track of any issues right away instead of having to wait until morning shifts start when sometimes other employees aren't available then either due to vacations.
