Good magnets in pencil holders

They work well on the fridge and hold the pencil in place. The only problem is that it is difficult to attach a pen or pencil to the holder with any type of clip, so you have to insert it from below. The only problem is that the pens I use have a rubber coating on the bottom for an easy grip so they don't fit on either end. But for a simple pen or pencil, they would be great and wouldn't take up much space.
