I like how easy it is for me as an end user of their service - everything can be done through one portal (web interface).

We have been using them since 2004 so we're pretty familiar w/the system & they've always provided good customer care when issues arise or questions are asked! They don't provide any kind off backup solution at this time which would help us if our server went down due too heavy traffic from users etc., but that hasn’t really affected my experience overall because all things work great together here anyway :) Great value compared what you get vs paying more elsewhere online- especially considering there aren' t many competitors out ther right now offering similar packages.-.
