A very gentle and natural essential oil scent - no artificial horrible fragrances! It cleans the clothes well without damage. This is oil-free, which is much better for our environment, both effluent going into municipal sewage systems and septic tanks. I have been buying this for several years and I am very happy with this product and its ethical approach. to everyday things like clothes fresh and clean while protecting the environment. Note: I am extremely sensitive to artificial fragrances and as this is a naturally scented product and is very light I have no problem with it. :)
