This is my second purchase of these keys in about three years (they have held up), I still have the ones I originally bought and I need additional parts. Works great on my 2009 Ford Ranger. PS Ace cut both keys for me for the price of just one, it cost less than $2 and I was able to use the procedure in my car's owner's manual to program the new keys. For this you do NOT need original "factory" keys, just two keys that already work in your car and then you can program new ones. FYI, I can have up to eight keys on my 2009 Ford Ranger.
