These small sleep pants are very soft and very cute. 3m fits like Gerber 0-3m, but Gerber runs small. My baby was just over 8 pounds, he is 2 weeks old and they fit him. I think the length of the legs will be the first thing that gets too small, and the part of the foot, but since kids love to hold their legs like frogs, this shouldn't be a problem for a while! Overall the quality is good but if you have a size 10 newborn I would probably start with a size 6m!
