Surprisingly great knife
I bought this 8" Executive Plus chef's knife on Prime Day on a whim but I wasn't very optimistic - I thought it was too big but I did , I could return it if I don't like it. Turns out I like him. I have fairly large hands - the grip is perfect and the weight and balance of the knife in the pliers grip is very comfortable. really surprised me. I've compared it side by side with Yaxell, Enso, Miyabi and Dalstrong and it - along with Miyabi Artisan - comes out on top.
