Pharmacy's Best Liquid Eyeliner
I've been using all types of eyeliner (high quality and drugstore) for over ten years and have always been looking for an affordable pencil liner that doesn't smear. The pigmentation is amazing and is very easy to apply. It stayed in place even with my swollen eyes from allergies. This is my new favorite, highly recommended.
