As my tests showed this digital thermometer is a game changer for cooking.It is accurate, easy to use, and has a large LCD screen. It gives a readout in seconds for quick temperature checks. The only downside is that it doesnt come with an auto-shutoff feature, so you have to remember to turn it off. Overall, a great buy for any home cook!
