Material is quite slippery according to other reviewers. Colors are not as shown but are usually blue so don't think you'll get a choice of colors. The buttons are located far back on the strap and are tiny, making it easy for the mask's elastic to slip off. They will probably do the trick, but I may have to find large buttons to replace them and just sew them in the center above the ears. I thought they were softer but they are not super soft. I need to test one out to see how it stays in place all day at work. Also, they're probably best suited if you have a small head. I can see how if you have a big head they will slide back/up all day.
