Review on Bissell Powerfresh Steam Mop 1940W by Samantha Stevens

I bought this product and I really liked it. I have always preferred Bissell products. I enjoyed using this product until it stopped vaping and water started dripping from the steam generator housing. It was still under warranty and I contacted Bissell. Bissell couldn't tell me why these issues were occurring and kept directing me to her tutorial video. After watching the video I didn't see that I did anything wrong with the vaporizer. Got a new steamer (same model). A few months after receiving it and now out of warranty I'm having the same issues. I plan to buy another Bissell but it will be a different model.
