Great customer service
I bought this carrier early to get my pup used to it. Unfortunately I cannot return it. I have used it 1 time on a 12 lb pup and both straps come off the carrier. UPDATE: The company contacted me and provided a replacement product. I'm still skeptical that they can handle the advertised weight, but I'm impressed that they fixed the issue very quickly!
