Review on ๐ŸŒฟ Caboo Bamboo Paper Towels, 6 Rolls, Eco-friendly Sustainable Kitchen Paper Towels with Strong 2 Ply Sheets by Tomas Webb

Revainrating 1 out of 5

What does sustainability cost?

I ordered these towels because I'm trying to do my part to reduce my carbon footprint. While they do their job reasonably well, I found the rolls to be much thinner than most brands of paper towels. And the leaves are not split in half, which means I have to use the whole leaf even though I only need half of the leaf to work with. Obviously, more sheets equals more rolls; The more roles, the more money. I understand that bamboo grows much faster than trees. And the harvesting and production costs are phenomenally cheaper, making bamboo a much more sustainable product. However, I don't understand how they can make a product so much easier and cheaper than wood and still charge so much more for it. Until sustainable development becomes more accessible. , I think I'll stick to the old standards. As for those who can afford sustainable development, I say do it. I will revisit in the future. I'm giving it 3 1/2 stars because I think they're on the right track.

Pros
  • A total of 6 rolls of 75 sheets each. Caboo's manufacturing facility is BRC, FSC, FDA and ISO accredited. We pride ourselves on being "panda friendly" when purchasing bamboo, which is not a food source for panda bears.
