Review on 💦 Waterproof Avon Black Mascara - Quick Wash-Off Formula by Kwame Bandepalli

Today is my first day of using this new mascara. It seems to take a little time to apply to the lashes, it just doesn't show, you have to build it up and keep applying it to the lashes. I can live with this small problem because today for the first time in years I don't have dark circles under my eyes, I usually look horrible in the middle of the day. I've already ordered another one to keep in my purse and I'm sure I don't want to miss out when they stop selling it, so I'll order a few more and just hope they don't dry up . The whole time I thought it was my eyeliner since I didn't put any mascara on my bottom lashes. I assume it's just a smudge or something from my upper lashes. I will reorder.
