I had 3 different sizes of Green Life pans before finally ordering this pan. I've read the reviews and it's pretty clear that some of the negative comments are from those who expect these pans to work just like the unhealthy non-stick pans we grew up with. Green Life pans work great if you put a little oil or butter in them, use low to medium heat and clean with a non-abrasive cloth or sponge. Don't expect them to look and feel like new if you abuse them. I love my!
