Great Service For Application Problems
The ability for us as an organization of being able to monitor our applications in near live environment without having any downtime or impact! I do not have anything negative about this service at all because it has been very helpful with my team's needs when we are looking into problems within one of their products (and there isn't much).
We use apm services across multiple environments including cloud/on premise which makes things easier than if they were just focused only towards AWS offerings alone.
