I am writing this review because for some reason I received an email from the seller this morning regarding my return request. I have not requested a return for this item and am actually quite happy with my purchase. This prompted me to read the reviews and I see a lot of people are disappointed that this case doesn't charge their mobile devices. This bag is not intended for that. You can connect your own battery to the included USB cable and stash it in your pocket. Then connect your phone to an external power outlet using a separate USB cable. It's just a handy feature that makes it easier for you to access your phone when it needs to be charged. I think people are watching a video that skips the step where you connect the cable to the power bank and keep it in your pocket. It only shows the phone plugged into an outlet, but one of the images shows that the bag does not include a power bank. In terms of functionality, I am very satisfied with the bag. It fits my 15.6 inch laptop well and has plenty of pockets. The bottom of the bag is wider than the top as it narrows towards the top. So keep that in mind if you want a bag that is the same width from top to bottom. Again, I'm really not sure why I received an email with a return address for this item as I'm happy with this bag and have no intention of returning it.
