If you're concerned about eating a low sugar/carb diet, it's worth knowing. I am passionate about this tea but am beginning to worry about the product's "unnatural natural sweetness". Did a little research on the internet and in fact it turns out that most of their fruit teas contain quite a bit of sugar, up to 8 grams (!) per serving. This one specifically added 4g "natural" + 4g. It was such a boomer but I have to return what I bought. It was too delicious to be true! Of course, if you don't care about tons of empty calories in your drink, this is a great value.
