The aspect ratio is turned off so none of the planets are round. They all look like eggs. The packaging also causes severe creases which I'm not sure will go away. The creases prevent the rug from lying flat and show the lines in the picture. smaller carpet and they didn't answer although they answered quickly how to remove wrinkles. Since they didn't answer, I bought a smaller rug to test myself. There are round planets on the small carpet, but it is too small for us. I think we're sending both back :( If they ever fix the aspect ratio we'd like to buy a large round planetary rug. Mailbox until I wanted to text them again.
