Beautiful fluffy skirt for skirts

Another excellent skirt from the catalog collections. I am ordering my 4th skirt in this style. I wear size 14 and 1X is the right size. I like reversible. Cotton, good quality, easy care and travel comfort. I turn it when it's wet to crumple the fabric. Then hang to dry.
