These boots are comfortable and well made. They are surprisingly lightweight for such a thick and durable boot. The "olive drab/ birch" is an army green with pink accents, cute and true to the description photos. My daughter loves these boots and finds them very comfortable for her approximately mile and a half walk to and from school. We live in a city that sees frequent rain, and these boots keep her feet warm and dry, and provide good traction. These do run about a half size small; my daughter normally wears a US women's size 5 shoe, and the 5.5 size in these were snug.Overall, these boots are lightweight, well-constructed, and rugged, just be aware the sizing runs small.
