I received it a few days ago. Delivery was slow, apparently out of stock. The product came packed in a cardboard box. I left it unrolled on the floor for a couple of hours and it straightened itself out. It's made of flexible plastic, not heavy or thick, but feels strong and durable. It fits perfectly for the 2020 Honda CRV EXL in the low position (please note that the bed can be positioned in the low or high position. This load mat is perfect for the low position). When I bought it, it was the cheapest ($50) cargo mat designed for this car that I found at Revain. I'm happy with that.
