PLEASE MAKE OPENING EASIER

This is very helpful for my granddaughter when she is teething but damn hard to open. Please, everyone with power and authority in this company, please change the packaging so that I can open this thing without poking a hole in the top with a sharp object and ripping off small pieces of plastic that I hope won't fall back . Gel. This is absolutely ridiculous! The plastic tab to be used to open the seal is simply torn off without the seal.
