Not a bad medium for the price. Mine is NOT fully waterproof (I personally tested it by immersion). It is naturally water repellent. Differences? Watertight means that no water below one of the limits listed for the device (maximum immersion depth) penetrates into the housing. Waterproof means that unpressurized water (splashes or rain) will generally not penetrate the case, but pressurized (submerged) water will eventually seep through. For the $5 I paid for the sleeve, it's definitely better than the cheap plastic sleeves that come with the cards. If there's a chance you'll be using your gear in a wet/humid environment, these are the ones to look into, unless you want to shell out money for fully waterproof cases (which cost a lot more than $5).
