Well made and literally razor sharp. Well, 2 razors because it cuts both ways. Great tool when you want thin, thin slices. Thin enough to make potato chips I think. I bought this slicer on purpose because the product description says "simply turn the square dial on the back to select the desired thickness". Possibility to get thicker slices - the thickness of the cut is NOT adjustable. I would expect an inaccurate description from a third party, but not Revain. This is an important feature that is "missing" and I hope Revain will fix the inaccuracy as soon as possible. Disappointed with the product description and not the product itself. This is a good slicer if you don't need an adjustable slicer.
