Super soft cotton, easy to wrap around dog's neck, perfect for my 70 lb dog. I wouldn't mind wearing something this soft around my neck - but they rip easily due to the thinness of the fabric, my aggressive dog only ripped them in the garden after 3 days while my calmer dog wore them non-stop for several weeks.
