Perhaps this product is designed for very light cleaning of rarely used toilets. It's not enough to remove stains or bacterial buildup and the pad literally fell apart when I tried to clean the rim of the bowl or the bottom of the bowl. Also, disposable pads came in two different colors and there was no explanation for the difference. And there was no paper insert with instructions, just fine print on clear plastic that rips when you open a tube of sanitary pads. The video here shows the wand waving the bowl quickly for 3 or 4 seconds. As a result, the toilet is not cleaned sufficiently. I won't be buying this again and going back to the regular toilet brush and liquid cleaner. Not recommended.
