Review on 27" Monitor Acer Nitro VG270Ubmiipx, 2560x1440, 75Hz, IPS, black by Anastazja Ciftci ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

No minuses as such, comfortable to use.

I repeat, for my money the monitor is normal, you can put up with the shortcomings (except for white, for me it turned out to be extremely important). It's funny, but the Dell U2719D monitor turned out to be not much better than the Acer. The highlights on black are also decent, although a little less, and not everything is perfect on the white fill either: the left side of the screen is warmer than the right one (or lighter than the right one, it's hard to determine). So for a different cost, there are jambs with backlight and white. And if so, what for to pay more. Yes, DELL looks just amazing, but is it worth almost 2 times the overpayment . In general, as I understand it, on 27 "all 2K IPS monitors suffer from flashes and nuances in white fill. It's pointless to sort through copies in search of an ideal or close to it, it's unrealistic. I generally dropped my hands, xs what to do, what to buy. I know for sure that there are no such problems on 24 ", or they are very insignificant. The only option left is to try 27", but not 2K, but fullka. Maybe it will be better. Although they also have their own nuances - the pixels are healthy . In general, 2022, and the monitors are sculpting . Really tin, so also the prices of the same hoo! I sold mine and lost money. The psyche is more important than economy))) Something like that.

Pros
  • The monitor is good overall. For the price, it's a pretty good option. Outwardly, it looks good, though the leg is not for everyone, I like round / square ones more. Color reproduction is excellent, brightness is excellent, picture quality is excellent. 75 Hz, although for me there is not much difference between 60 and 75, I somehow didn’t notice)) But most importantly, 2k for its price is a really good offer, although there are cheaper models, such as ViewSonic VA2719-2K-SMHD, but there are some nuances. But Acer has a leg that mows under a gaming monitor, maybe this is important to someone. Oh, and the bezel-less design is great. But maybe that's where the lights come from!
Cons
  • The most important disadvantages are 2: large light on black, different color temperatures on white. The highlights on black are really big, see the photo. Lights are visible even when illuminated! I never sit in the dark. By the way, in the photo I made the brightness of the camera lower, that is, it looks something like this in real life. And I also noticed that the lower left corner of the wild light almost everywhere in the reviews on different monitors. Apparently, some special place. Next, fill with white. You can also look at the photo. In general, it seems to be normal, there are indeed places with slight blackouts, little things, but in the center there is some kind of pink-beige spot right in the center, which I always saw on white sites! This spot, in fact, infuriated more than the black background light. Because I rarely see light, and a white background is everywhere. Then, terrible monitor control ons, or rather, a terrible joystick. The joystick is so tight that its clicking was heard throughout the apartment and it was pressed very tightly. But these are trifles, set up once or twice and that's it. And in general, the location of the ons on the back is not very convenient, because of errors, everything around the ons was slammed)) Stand fig, the monitor on it is extremely unstable. If your table is wobbly, then think about it. As an option, hang it on a vesa, thank God it's there. But my table is strong, large, so the monitor did not stagger.
