This is actually grommet paper. It was exactly what we were looking for (although what we were actually looking for was a skeleton), but there's no real way to attach it to the wall or hang it properly. I threaded the jute through the eyelets and hung it up. It worked for a Halloween party but not sure about longevity. It is definitely not suitable for outdoor use.
