The pillow was folded in half and placed in the basket. The handle of the basket was also tucked into the basket. Both were then crammed into a ridiculously small box. As a result, the cushion is dented, the ties on both items are dented, the handle of the basket is bent and crooked. I am not sure if we will use any article. Very disappointed. Otherwise the product was cute, albeit small, but we understood the size when we bought it.
