I've been using it for about six weeks. It replaced a cheap $20 unit with a single earphone and boom mic with an inadequate pickup. First the headphones. I've heard some people complain that these things are fragile and difficult to replace. He went with two extra. The sound quality of the headphones is phenomenal. It's noisy! I usually have to turn down the volume on my phone. On rare occasions when someone calls me with a very weak voice, I can easily turn up the volume. The sound emitted by the headphones is simply outstanding. Second, the boom mic. I tested it with several people who spoke well about the sound quality. It seems to work best when the mic is about two inches from my mouth. Third, the convenience of the headset. My only complaint about the performance of this thing is that the headset's padding (i.e. where the bezel touches your head) is under-padded. It could use some additions. It would be nice if it went over the top edge of the frame instead of in the middle. So its comfort suffers a bit. If I wore it all the time, it would be more serious. Thankfully, I only wear it when I'm on the phone, so it's not a problem for me. Note that you MUST purchase a separate part to have this work for you! This device will NOT connect to your phone. You need to buy an adapter that plugs into your phone. Which one is right for you depends on the phone. I needed a CCEL-191 headset cable ($22.18) that works great. In general, while this thing is quite expensive, I'm pretty happy with it.
