Review on 🏕️ Napier Backroadz Truck Tent - Compact Regular Bed, Camo: Ultimate Camping Solution for Trucks by Jim Escobedo

I have mixed reviews for this tent. I would give the tent a 3. But the customer service is a 1. We bought the tent a month ago. Took it on a night hike to try it out. For the first time, one of the seams broke where the bar was attached. The rest of the tent was fine and we slept well in it. Fits snugly in the back of the Tacoma. Customer Service Specific 1. I messaged the seller a few weeks ago asking if we could exchange it as it was damaged. Haven't heard from them yet and now we have a day where according to online terms we can't return it. I know there can be delays with COVID but with an email response that shouldn't affect customer service. I would recommend this tent but from a different seller.
