Using this drill bit in a Dewalt DWD520R rotary hammer and attempting to drill through poured concrete has resulted in failure for me. After 10 minutes of drilling, I went through less than 1/4 inch of concrete. Knowing I had 9" left I gave up and rented a much larger drill and drill and went through the entire 9" in less than 10 minutes. To be honest I think this combination of drill and Drill Just Wasn't Enough If I just needed to drill through a relatively thin wall and less dense cinder block, I think this drill would work great. I think the moral is know your job and use the right tool.
