Ordered on Friday, delivered on Sunday morning Cons: Poor quality. The product I received is significantly worse than the description in the ad. Overview ---------------- In general, this film is thin and weak. It doesn't expand to 800%, 400%, or even 200%. He's too weak for that. If I wrapped slowly and carefully, I stretched the foil by about 50%. May be. If only I had been careful. But no matter how carefully I wrapped it, the plastic would still be torn into edges and corners. This is not the behavior I want from wrapping film. Therefore I give one star. Long Recap --------------- This plastic has multiple personalities. That makes it interesting but difficult to use. I will explain. When I first started using this reel the first 20 feet or so were pretty good. The film was stiff, difficult to tear and very stretchy. 800% is overkill, but I was able to easily stretch it 2-3 times with no effort and no tearing. It wasn't sticky, so it didn't stick to itself. He didn't stick to anything at all. But as the roll unwound, the plastic wrap began to change. When I used about 50 feet the plastic wrap was completely different. Now he was thin and weak. He also struggled to hold on to himself. Therefore, the outer layers of the roll are elastic and durable. But the inner layers are weak and sticky. what to do with it I did an experiment. I put the roll outside in the sun. After a few hours, the outer layers of the roll became opaque, strong, and elastic. The inner layers remained weak. So the role actually has two personalities. In the form in which it is received from the manufacturer, it is weak and unimpressive. But as you "age" the roll by exposing it to heat and sunlight, the outermost layers of the roll become opaque, strong, and stretchy. They also lose their stickiness. This "aged" film behaves as described in the product description. However, this newfound strength only applies to film layers that have been exposed to the environment. As you unfold each layer, the exposed, pristine plastic becomes thin and weak and tears easily. If you have a use case where you can use say 20 feet at a time, this plastic wrap might be for you. . But if you expect to use as much as you want, whenever you want, you'll be disappointed.
