This is really a nice coat for the price, at first I ordered a medium but I cancelled and ordered a large(US), I'm 5' 10", 172lbs and the large was okay for me with just enough room for the clothes underneath. I measured my chest leaving a little allowance, arrived at 42inch and ordered by the number on the size chart. I really like the two side pockets just placed by the two front pockets. The two upper zipper are actually pockets, though may not be too big, but big enough to hold keys, bus cards, and some dollar notes that you might want to access quickly;You don't really want to put your mobile phone on your chest pockets, because it could be bulky, and also for health reasons. It's got just one inner pocket. The little flaw I see of it is that the threading should be made more fast in the inner seam and the buttons outside. All in all it's a good buy for the price!
