I bought this car for my son birthday and he loved the car, we had a little hick up with the car and I contacted the manufacturer and it all got squared away with a few emails. The car looks and feels great, the suspension works really nice and the tires are real rubber. The lights catches every kids eyes and they all want to play with it.The Pro's for this car:- Great beginner car for new RC enthusiasts (Kids or Adults).- Has everything in the box to start driving.- The ability to adjust the steering from the controller.- The throttle is pretty responsive.The Con's for this car:- Wish it had an adjustable speed controller so kids could learn how to drive at a slower speed.- Extra battery would be nice.The customer service from Novcolxya is superior and they stand 110% behind their product I can not be happier with this. To be honest what other company will send you complimentary parts for the first 90 days upon request or even respond to emails THAT fast.I will definitely purchase from Novcolxya again and I do recommend them, if you have any questions just let me know and I bet that the Customer support from Novcolxya will answer before I can answer them :) that's how fast they are.
