A dome fell out for kitchen and bathroom plumbing
When the first dome was initially installed, water leaked much faster than the original dome. After about a month, the water was running through so much faster than it could get through the filter, causing the Zen system to leak. Replaced that dome with the second one in the pack and it's working better so far. The time will show.
