Review on Hunter Leather Training Punching Striking Sports & Fitness by Mark Caperton

I'm not a professional boxer but I wanted to buy one so I could incorporate it into my training. I wanted to install it in my garage/gym next to the punching bag that I hang on the wall bars. a hole in the concrete floor of my garage. I had to improvise with a 25 pound piece to attach the belt to the bottom of the punching bag as you can see in my photos. That way I can put it away after each use and use the space for something else when I'm done with my workout. The material of the punching bag is well stitched leather and it is lightweight. I'm glad I have this speed bag with my punching bag.
