Works, packaging is a bit crumpled. Beware of the screws that came with the fan, they are very tight and I was afraid of splitting a hole or even crushing the entire fan frame with the force required to tighten the fan bracket on the Z370 E Gaming to attach the motherboard. This tiny fan sits right above my VRM, but even at a top speed of 1200 RPM (less than half of what's advertised) I only get a slight breeze when testing outside and inside a PC case (Corsair Carbide Air 740).
