Review on 15x12 Inch American Metalcraft Ceramic Pizza Stone, 3/8 Inch Height by Joe Roberts

We only used this stone 2 times before it cracked in the kiln. We didn't wash it in between, just brushed the surface as we used it for pizza and it only had cornmeal buildup on it. This was used in a small pizza oven and was a great size for our needs. We bought it specifically for its thickness (very thin compared to most stones). I am not sure if we received a defective stone or the stone was cracked due to its thin profile but in any case we are very disappointed that the manufacturer will not accept returns of this product.
