Review on 🎧 KZ ZSN Earphone - 1BA & 1DD, High Fidelity In-Ear Earbuds, High Resolution Monitor Headphone, 0.75mm 2-Pin Cable, Noise Cancelling KZ Headphone (Cyan, NO Mic) by Sean Florence

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Pretty good budget for entry-level IEM

I'll start with what I didn't like. 1) Couldn't find any obvious markings showing left and right. . Place them on the front of each earbud. A dark scene or rushed installation only adds to the frustration of trying to figure out what's what. Solution: I used different color inserts after figuring out the correct orientation. Since I didn't have the red inserts for the classic RED=RIGHT, I decided on BLUE=LEFT and BLACK=RIGHT. 4-letter color for left and 5-letter color for right. 2) Not so comfortable until you change the silicone inserts. I have used memory foam and it is much better and insulates better. Everything else was good. As many have said, they are not intended for listening to pre-recorded music. The frequency response is designed so you can hear your voice, guitar, bass, drums and anything else you need in a live stage mix. For the money these are pretty good headphones and will give you an idea of what you need. We're waiting on the stage. Some people don't like using in-ear headphones. Better to find this with a cheaper pair than spending a few hundred bucks on a Shure kit or similar. Try them out for a half-dozen gigs or so, then switch to more expensive units or ones made specifically for your ears.
