Just got to the post office today. So far, so good. We live in the desert and have several pets that shed, so we bought this to deal with dust and pet hair. It was well packaged, easy to open, required minimal setup. It weighs very little and was charged when it arrived so there was no need to pre-charge it. Put him on the ground to see what he can do. The only problem so far is that it can't handle carpets (even flat ones) and the edge between the kitchen linoleum and the next room and gets stuck under an ottoman that's just the right size to get stuck underneath. . We blocked off the ledge, raised the rugs, and set the ottoman back so it wouldn't interfere with the vacuum. It was great at picking up hair and dust and was easy to dump. I think that will be a great benefit for our particular situation. I wouldn't use it on carpet. For the price it definitely works as advertised and works better than dusters with removable pads. Considering that trying to deal with pet hair and dust is a DAILY routine for us, having this little guy walk on a 90-minute cycle at night just to keep up with the desert will be a huge help Keep up. My only wish is that he can handle obstacles a little better.
